Typical, customer service levels from TalkTalk today. I sent an email yesterday saying we are moving on the 14th and that the new people wish to go with BT. I got a call today from TalkTalk saying that they can deal with my query and will transfer my call to the correct department, why the "correct department" could not ring me themselves I don't know. Anyway the call was transfered, a a phone rang and rang for about 3 minutes before the call was dropped. Thanks TalkTalk for providing no customer service at all.
